We are delighted to announce that all our Sales Showrooms in England and Northern Ireland are open.

Whether you are a customer in England or Northern Ireland who'd prefer not to make a visit, our great team is here to help and can provide:

  • Remote selling: This includes the use of video tools to show both new and used cars and commercial vehicles in detail, arranging finance remotely and handling enquiries without the need to meet in person or visit the showroom.
  • Click & Collect: We can safely facilitate part exchange and vehicle collection outside our dealerships without the need for you to enter our sales showroom.
  • Home Delivery: We can offer safe home delivery and collection of your part exchange vehicle.
  • Choose it Now: You can reserve a new or used car or van online for a payment of fully re-fundable £100 deposit allowing us to look after your selected vehicle until you feel comfortable to purchase and collect it or have it delivered. 

Sales showrooms in Channel Islands remain open and will continue to operate safely in line with guidelines.

The wellbeing of our customers and colleagues continues to be of upmost importance to us and strict measures are now in place to ensure we are doing everything we can to allow you to collect your car safely. Our Sales teams are ready to answer any questions (on 0800 158 5959) but here’s a how it works:

Here's how it works...

- Order your selected vehicle on line from the comfort of your own home.
 
- We’ll email you all your paperwork to confirm electronically
 
- You can pay online with a Bank Transfer or finance can be arranged by us that can also be signed or confirmed for electronically
 
- We will then ask you to send over a copy of your driving licence and relevant part exchange documents, including your current V5

- And we will also need to see your insurance cover for your new vehicle

- Our sales colleagues will contact you prior to collection to establish any specific needs

- Once everything is sorted we will work with you to arrange the safe delivery of your vehicle

- If you have a part exchange vehicle we will have already assessed your vehicle using video technology

- If you are bringing back your part exchange please clear out any personal belongings before we come to deliver
 
- If possible, please use wipes to clean down your steering wheel, gear stick and door handle on your current vehicle

- Leave your log book & relevant paperwork on the passenger seat

- Your new vehicle will have been fully valeted and thoroughly cleaned

- Our delivery driver will be using PPE and will be equipped to do the following before handover:
 
- Wipe down door handles, steering wheel, seats, gear stick and handbrake.
 
 - Place disposable covers on the door handles, steering wheel, seats, gear stick, handbrake and driver's seat

- Your driver will contact you to confirm their arrival time and when they have arrived.

- Your driver will park up and greet you from a safe distance
 
- From a safe distance, we will hand over a clear bag for you to drop you part exchange keys in and in return we will hand over your brand new keys and documents in a sanitised wallet
 
- You will be asked to approve the delivery by email confirmation

- If you would like to know more about your new vehicle's features after delivery or how to connect Ford Pass to your vehicle we will be happy to talk to you via a video call after delivery
