InterpretersLive! provides Deaf individuals with on-demand access to qualified NRCPD British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters and other communication professionals, available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
1. Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) Communicate in person using a British Sign Language video interpreter. Simply ask one of our colleagues to arrange and connect you to a BSL interpreter.
2. Video Relay Service (VRS) Initiate a call to TrustFord with the help of a BSL video interpreter. Visit our website, click the link to connect to a qualified BSL interpreter, and they will place a voice call to TrustFord on your behalf.
The InterpretersLive! service is available on-demand 7 days a week during dealership opening hours. You can also pre-book BSL Video Interpreters and other types of remote communication support for anytime and anywhere via any video platform of your choice.
Customers can use the service without the requirement to provide any personal data. We only store the location details, minutes and services used.
