What to expect when visiting a TrustFord dealership.

Find below detail on how we will welcome you back safely when visiting our sites for a service, MOT or repairs.

Please arrive at the dealership at appointment time you have been given.
Please remove all sanitisers, used masks and tissues from your vehicle prior to your appointment.
Face Masks are discretionary but our colleagues are wearing them when in close proximity.
We will continue to carefully wipe down and sanitise your vehicle prior to handover.
Please leave the locking wheel nut key and service book on the passenger seat of your vehicle.
Payment will be taken by credit or debit card only to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues
