Make a Payment - Payment Options

Pay by Bank Account

Use this option if you want to make a payment direct from your bank account via your Banking App.

This option, known as ‘Faster Payments’, is more secure as it is typically protected by robust security measures implemented by banks. This reduces the risk of fraud and unauthorised transactions.

On completing our payment form, you will be asked to select your bank. You will then be taken to you own internet banking app and at this point you will log on to your banking app in your normal way – the payment will be ready for you to approve once you’ve logged in. On successful completion you will be automatically returned to our website and receive a Payment Confirmation message.

However, your bank may want to perform additional checks if they believe the transaction could be fraudulent. When this happens, you will receive a ‘Payment Pending’ or ‘Payment Failed’ message when completing your payment. In these scenarios, you should contact your bank for further details.

Pay by Credit Card

Use this option if you wish to use a credit card to make a payment.

On completing our form you will be taken to our payment partner, Barclaycard, and their payment page to enter your credit card number, expiry date and CVC (the 3 digit number on the back of your card).
