We have 78 positions available throughout England, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, including Technician, Parts advisor, Bodyshop Technician, Accounts Apprentice and Sales Administrator.
The apprenticeships offer on the job training over 18 months to three years, depending on the role, ensuring apprentices earn NVQ-level qualifications.
We have been running our apprenticeship scheme for over fifteen years. With about 90% of our the TrustFord apprentices being offered a full time job at the end of their apprenticeship.
What are we looking for?
• A genuine interest in the motor industry, whether it’s the Showroom,
Warehouse or Aftersales.
• A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), grade C or above.
• A positive attitude and an honest approach.
As a growing company, we need to make sure that we have a constant stream of new talent to support us, now and into the future.
Most apprentices start aged 16-17, although there may be exceptions.
