A message from TrustFord’s Chairman & CEO, Stuart Foulds 

Update 29-March-21

In line with the Government’s roadmap to easing out of lockdown, TrustFord are delighted to announce that we can  reopen our showroom doors in England on 12th April.

We will be welcoming all customers safely back into our English showrooms to browse and shop with us. We must continue to drive the standard in customer care, so we ask that all customers continue to wear a mask on entry to the showrooms and follow social distancing guidelines.  Should you prefer to shop remotely we are continuing to offer live video appointments, Click & Collect and Home Delivery.

Our Fleet and PartsPlus operations remain fully open, we continue to offer Servicing for your car or van by appointment and our fleet of Mobile Service Vans continue to operate safely across the network, including Northern Ireland.

In Northern Ireland, while we can’t yet reopen our showroom doors, our dealerships will be able to additionally offer Click and Collect from 12th April and continue to offer services such as Live Video Appointment, Vehicle Reservation with Choose it Now and Home Delivery.

Following the latest announcement of a national lockdown, TrustFord remains committed to driving the standard in customer care.

In line with current Government legislation we continue to offer Live Video Appointments, Online ReservationsClick & Collect and Home Delivery while our sales showrooms are closed.

Our Fleet and PartsPlus operations remain fully open and we continue to offer Service and MOTs by appointment while our fleet of Mobile Service Vans continues to operate safely across the network.

Update 30-Dec-20

Following the recent announcements from the governments of England and Northern Ireland, I would like to clarify that, whichever tier your area has been placed in, TrustFord are committed to looking after our customers and we will continue to drive the standard in customer care.

For Sales in England Tiers 1 to 3, sales showrooms are open as usual, operating with Covid-19 safety protocols. We are offering Live Video Appointments, Online Reservations, Click & Collect and Home Delivery if you don’t feel comfortable visiting our showrooms.

Whilst sales showrooms in Tier 4 are now closed, we are offering Live Video Appointments, Online Reservations, Click & Collect and Home Delivery.

Dealerships in Northern Ireland will remain open as usual until 26th December, after which we will have a dedicated team on hand to offer Live Video Appointments, Online Reservations and delivery options.

For Aftersales, our sites in England Tiers 1 to 3 are open as usual, while sites in Tier 4 can offer services and MOTs by appointment only. In Northern Ireland it is business as usual until 26th December, after which servicing will be by appointment only in order to keep vehicles roadworthy & to ensure essential and key workers can continue to carry out their critical work. Our fleet of Mobile Service Vans across the network continues to operate as normal.

2020 has been a year like no other, and I am incredibly proud of all those colleagues throughout the TrustFord family for their ongoing hard work and commitment throughout the year – thank you and keep up the fantastic work!

We are delighted to announce that our Sales Showrooms in England reopen from the morning of Wednesday 02-Dec.

All our Fleet, Parts, Service and Repair departments are open across all our locations. Services and MOTs are available in both NI and England - appointments must be booked in advance using our online booking form or calling our contact centres on  020 8536 6120 for England or 028 9694 9520 for Northern Ireland.

In accordance with NI Government guidance, the Sales Showrooms in Northern Ireland are closed from Friday 27th November to Friday 11th December.

Whether you are a customer in Northern Ireland or one from England who'd prefer not to make a visit right now, our great team is here to help and can provide Live Video Appointments,  Click & CollectHome Delivery and our Choose it NOW option to all customers to help you find that perfect vehicle.

 

Update: 25-Nov-20

You will be aware that we are required to temporarily close our sales showrooms in Northern Ireland on Friday 27th November until we can reopen on Friday 11th December, but we are still here to help you.

All Service & Repair departments and our Fleet and Parts operations remain open and will continue to operate safely in line with guidelines.

To ensure the best possible service, customers will be given a specific arrival time along with details of how we make sure your booking is handled safely.

There for you - New and Used vehicle sales will continue while showrooms are closed. We are able to continue to offer a number of choices to our customers with these options: -

Remote selling: This includes the use of video tools to show both new and used cars and commercial vehicles in detail, arranging finance remotely and handling enquiries without the need to meet in person or visit the showroom. 

Click & Collect: We can safely facilitate part exchange and vehicle collection outside our dealerships without the need for you to enter our showroom. 

Home Delivery: We can offer safe home delivery and collection of your part exchange vehicle. -

Choose it NOW: You can reserve a new or used car or van online for a payment of fully refundable £100 deposit allowing us to look after your selected vehicle and collect it or have it delivered.

 

Update: 02-Nov-20

 

Following the Government’s latest announcement we will be temporarily closing our sales showrooms in England on Thursday 5th November until we can reopen on Thursday 3rd December.

Sales showrooms in Northern Ireland & Channel Islands along with our national Fleet and Parts operations remain open and will continue to operate safely in line with guidelines.

All Service, Quicklane & MOT departments will also remain open at all of our England, NI and CI sites.  To ensure the best possible service, customers will be given a specific arrival time along with details of how we make sure your booking is handled safely. Our UK wide PartsPlus sites will remain open too

New & Used Vehicle Sales Continue while Sales Showrooms are Closed

We are able to continue to offer a number of choices to customers including those in England with these options:

  • Click & Collect: We can safely facilitate part exchange and vehicle collection outside our dealerships without the need for you to enter our sales showroom.
  • Home Delivery: We can offer safe home delivery and collection of your part exchange vehicle.
  • Choose it Now: You can reserve a new or used car or van online for a payment of fully re-fundable £100 deposit allowing us to look after your selected vehicle until you feel comfortable to purchase and collect it or have it delivered.
